Our unique program spans three jam-packed sessions starting at 8.30am.

What time do we start and finish?
Registration is from 8.00 am and we will kick off at 8.30 am sharp. The event will end at 8.30pm. The day will run across three different sessions, morning (pre lunch), afternoon (pre dinner) and an evening session (post dinner break) ending at 8.30pm. This schedule allows you to gain maximum value and impact from the day.
Is catering included?
Yes, the event is fully catered.
Your ticket includes morning and afternoon tea breaks with tea, coffee and snack, a scrumptious sit down lunch and a delicious buffet dinner. Please note we do not provide main meal beverages. However your Lunch and Dinner beverages may be purchased at your expense.
What should I bring?
Just your "wonderful" self, and a willingness to think deeply and openly about the opportunities available to your practice through internal and external marketing. You may be required to do some strategic work while you’re in the room — so you walk out with practiceal, easy to implement results, not just a big to-do list. Everything you need on the day will be provided (food, pens, paper, etc.). Please bring a jumper, or layered clothing as the venue is fully air-conditioning.
Can the Organisers restrict or cancel registration?
Yes, the Organisers may cancel the registration of any attendee at any time. The commercial competitors of the Organisers will have registration cancelled.
Can I record the sessions?
No. Any attendee found recording audio or video using nay device incluidng mobile phone will be immediately escorted from the session with no pro rata refund of attendee fees. At no time can any recording take place without the written consent of the Organisers.
