Book Launch/Signing: Alison Daddo Queen Menopause
Date and time
Please join us in welcoming Alison Daddo as she shares her new book "Queen Menopause" Finding Your Majesty in the Mayhem.
About this event
Queen Menopause is the book Ali wishes she had when she was approaching menopause - so she could be more prepared for what was coming, embrace the process and feel supported.
Half the planet's population will eventually experience menopause, a natural biological process which often presents physical and emotional challenges. It is a change that is rarely discussed but Ali wants to change that. Sharing her experience in a real and authentic way, Ali hopes to open up the conversation and help women not only prepare for the process but embrace it so they can look forward to what may very well be "the best years of their life".
