This book explores the dick pic in popular culture. Drawing from a range of disciplines, cultural analyses, lived experiences and theoretical approaches, this book explores the polysemous nature of dick pics.

A casual and informal event, speakers include Professor Kath Albury and Associate Professor Chris Haywood.

Bad Decisions Bar is located on 46 Johnston St, Fitzroy VIC 3065.

How do I get there taking public transit?

If taking the tram, take the number 96 and get off at stop #13 Johnston /Nicholson Street, or take tram 11 and get off at stop #16 Johnston/Brunswick street. If taking the bus, get off at Brunswick St/Johnston street, bus routes 200, 202, and 207.

I'm driving, where can I park?

Parking in the area is tricky. There is some street parking available, and there are a few parking garages in the area. The closet garage is the Bullring Coles Parking Garage (95-103 Johnston St) open until 1am.

Will there be food or drinks?

Yes, grazing platters which will contain gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as drinks on arrival

Are there all-gender toliets?

Yes, the venue has all gender toliets

Is the venue accessible?

The book launch will be on the second floor of the venue, which has one flight of stairs

The venue licensing is strictly 18+, children will be denied entry.
