About this Event
Body Balance is a fusion of pilates, yoga and movement-based meditation.
Whilst low-impact, this Body Balance Class will strengthen your core, tone your body and create freedom in both body and mind. Body Balance is the perfect way to release stress while strengthening your body from the inside out.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of 100 PACIFIC HWY only.
This class will be limited to 10 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
