At this workshop, you will learn how the 4 M's help you lead a life where you feel on track and love what you are doing. The 4 M's:

Learn Movements That Release Stress

Your body loves to move. Sometimes it complains a little when you first get up off the couch, but once you get going, you feel much better. Simple yet effective movements and stretches can be used daily to invigorate your body and give you energy. Even if you exercise or walk regularly, you will find these exercises refresh you. You will feel taller and your posture instantly improves.

Discover How Mindset Can Empower You

Having a mindset that supports you daily is a powerful tool to creating a fulfilling life. Sometimes negative thoughts can hold you back. You will learn 3 ways on how to set up your mind to support you in what you want to achieve,

When Motivation Comes From Within

When you are on purpose and excited about what you are doing, motivation comes naturally. Discover your purpose and what is important to you. Motivation will follow easily if you are connected to your heart's desire. At the workshop, you will gain clarity on what motivates you.

Meditation/ Relaxation Anytime

Having time to be quiet and contemplate helps you connect with your personal strength. These will not be the usual meditations. Learn how you can influence what goes on in your mind.

What is provided?

Handouts are provided. Tea (black and herbal) and coffee, and a light vegan lunch are provided. If you have specific dietary requirements please inform the organiser. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks if you prefer.

How does the workshop run?

The workshop is a mixture of discussion, self-discovery exercises and processes. The workshop is informal and interactive. Everyone is encouraged to participate as much as they comfortable. It is a happy and uplifting environment.
