Event description

Description

Board & Executive OHS reporting often presents challenges for OHS professionals. What and how much safety information should be included in the OHS Board Report?

Whilst some organisations have managed to overcome the divide between providing comprehensive and meaningful data for effective Board Governance, others struggle to achieve good OHS Reporting.

Information provided to the Board should ensure the Board understand the organisations OHS risks, its safety performance trends against management targets and Governance requirements to manage risk to the organisation.

The OHS Board Governance – OHS metrics and KPIs for effective Board Reporting is a practical workshop designed to help attendees use a logical thought process to determine the right leading indicators and metrics to measure safety performance

  • This will give the Board a good oversight of the organisation’s OHS Risk Management
  • Improve Board OHS Governance, develop confidence for future safety initiatives and;
  • Ensure resources are made available to future proof against OH&S Risk
