New member orientation and training is a mandatory 3 hour program required within 60 days of joining as read on all BNI applications for membership.
Your attendance adds value to your membership and to your chapter members who have all participated in an earlier Member Success Programme (MSP) session.
The MSP session is designed to ensure you learn how to become valuable to others as this is a Givers Gain philosophy is fundamental to successful networking. It is this philosophy that drives the success of all networkers worldwide in any context.

What a member's job really is in a BNI chapter and how to do that well. ....How you are going to go about finding referrals for others. ...Why you might never get good referrals if you don't do 'this...' in particular. ...You will learn why BNI is not a club - that it is an extension of your business operations. ...Why the BNI founder, Ivan Misner writes that BNI is not NET-SIT and it's not NET-EAT and that our responsibility is to help new members understand what they need to do well to make their membership work for them and for their chapter colleagues who have high expectations of new members.
