About Bloom

Drifting smells of malt & barley, dappled shadows of ghostly gums, trickling sounds of the Karrawirra Parri. Bloom is an old tram barn, a cafe & function space, a garden playground. Food dancing over coals, coffee brewing, alcohol forever flowing.

What do you get when you cross 2 Port Adelaide players, an avid winemaker and a pipe dream... Hey Diddle Wines. Tom Jonas (TJ), Brad Ebert (Ebo) and Ben Chipman (Chippy) have combined forces to produce some of the most interesting and sought after wine from the Barossa region. Different grape variants, modern techniques and a funky and fresh brand have contributed to creating Hey Diddle as we know it.
