Blended Learning Mental Health First Aid - Gippsland June 2017

Mental Health First Aid Training can now be accessed in a blended learning style with online and face to face training. This accredited course includes between 8 to 10 hours of online learning, which must be completed prior to attending a face-to-face, half-day session with FedUni's student counselling team. The course fee is $50 paid directly to Mental Health First Aid Australia.
This course teaches tertiary students how to assist a peer who is developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crises, using case studies, videos and resources to their learning needs. The mental health first aid skills learnt can be applied to help any adult.
