About this event

This is a rare opportunity to experience one of our magical sound healing events north of the Harbour Bridge: we are coming to Crows Nest!

Join us on Tue, 31st of May - one day after the powerful BLACK MOON (the 2nd New Moon of the month!) - for a 90-minute Sound Healing journey to experience the amazing healing frequencies of our Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, rain sticks and gongs. Immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations as we facilitate your travel into a deep state of relaxation, calmness and bliss.

We will start the session with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a heart-opening exercise and a 10-minute guided meditation to completely relax your body. You will then submerge into a beautiful sound bath created by over 50 crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks and two large gongs. We will also move around the room playing the sacred instruments close to your body to increase the amazing healing effects. After a short grounding exercise to close the session, you will feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Sound Healing is great for anyone who:

- leads a very busy life and is looking to reach a deep state of relaxation

- is suffering from stress or anxiety and needs to calm the nervous system

- has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia

- wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own

Please bring: (please note, there will be no mats, pillows or blankets provided)

- yoga mat (or blanket to lie on)

- blanket to stay comfy and warm

- anything else to be comfortable, e.g. pillow or bolster

- eye pillow
