Sarah Cobb, Australian networking expert, will deliver a 40 minute practical presentation on networking for business success, explaining how you can get the most out of every connection. This will be followed by the opportunity to put your new networking skills into practise in a welcoming and friendly environment with other local business owners and leaders from the Moreton Bay region and surrounding areas.

Sarah has an extensive network within Australia and increasingly internationally which she has built steadily through her career and travels and uses daily to generate business and opportunities for herself and her businesses.
Sarah is the Director of BforB Australia, the Australian franchise of international referral networking franchise Business for Breakfast which started in the UK in 2001. She has been mentored personally by its founder, John Fisher, in his techniques of being an effective networker to generate referrals for business, techniques she is happy to share.
Known for her fun and interactive presentations, Sarah speaks nationally on networking, getting great pleasure from helping others improve their skills, confidence and results from networking.
Sarah is a successful business leader beyond her role at BforB. She has had extensive experience in business management and strategic growth and development in the private, franchise, not-for-profit and government sectors. She is also Managing Director of Cariblue a management and franchise consultancy company delivering services nationally to assist businesses and franchises to grow. Her career has included roles as a board member of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and CEO of Australia’s largest bookkeeping franchise, First Class Accounts. She is a former member of the Franchise Council of Australia’s Queensland Committee.
Sarah has an MBA, a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Finance, is a Graduate Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Certified Developer of Enterprise.
Sarah is the 2012 Australian Institute of Management’s Management Excellence Awards “Owner Manager of the Year” for the Gold Coast and the 2013 Queensland/Northern Territory.
