BFI Level 3 – Strength & Hypertrophy

Duration: 2 Days

Daily Schedule: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Outcomes

  • Effectively implement advanced overload techniques for strength and hypertrophy
  • Write sophisticated strength and hypertrophy programs beyond BFI Level 2 – Strength & Hypertrophy
  • Understand and implements programs for overreaching with advanced clients
  • Utilise advanced strength testing ratios for well-trained clients

Attendees will train upwards of three times each day, completing multiple strength and hypertrophy based training sessions. Attendees are expected to be ready to train by wearing suitable clothing. Novice trainees or injured attendees should notify the instructor prior to the course.

Day 1

  • Advanced periodisation for the development of hypertrophy
  • Advanced strength ratios for the upper and lower extremity
  • Advanced overload techniques for the development of hypertrophy

Day 2

  • Advanced overload techniques for the development of maximal strength
  • Programs to Induce Overreaching
  • Hypertrophy Phase C periodization
