BFI Level 2 – Strength & Hypertrophy

Duration: 2 Days

Daily Schedule: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Outcomes

  • Effectively implement overload techniques for strength and hypertrophy using exercises learnt in BFI Level 1 – GPP Practical
  • Write sophisticated strength and hypertrophy programs beyond the general physical preparedness (GPP) phase of training that you learned in BFI Level 1 – GPP Theory
  • Understand optimal nutrition to induce muscle hypertrophy

Attendees will train upwards of three times each day, completing multiple strength and hypertrophy based training sessions. Attendees are expected to be ready to train by wearing suitable clothing. Novice trainees or injured attendees should notify the instructor prior to the course.

  • Hypertrophy Phase A periodization
