Pink Sari Inc. is pleased to invite you to the launch of our two new projects, ‘Beyond Pink’ and ‘Cervical Screening for Survival’, funded by Cancer Institute NSW.

‘Beyond Pink’, a partnership project with NSW Multicultural Health Communication Service, will mainly focus on the primary carers of cancer patients, cancer patients and those in remission and survivors including secondary carers. The aim of the project is to empower them with information, knowledge, understanding and skills to better support the people they are caring for as well as to take better care of themselves.

The ‘Cervical Screening for Survival’ project, a partnership with the Australian Indian Medical Graduates Association and the Australian Medical Aid Foundation, will focus on raising awareness amongst women in the Indian and Sri Lankan communities in Western Sydney and South Western Sydney about the importance of early detection and the National Cervical Screening Program. Refreshments will be served.
