Two sessions on Sunday 13th & 20th of October : Techniques to control your own wellbeing from the Cultivating Emotional Balance program.

Join us in this tranquil setting and discover a unique approach to take control of your own wellbeing. Learn how a synthesis of genuine science and contemplative practices can make emotions work for you while overcoming destructive habits and mindsets. This unique approach combines ground breaking emotions research with ancient wisdom to go beyond mindfulness and develop your own stable and genuine happiness.

You will receive a hands-on introduction to the practices and core concepts of the scientifically based Cultivating Emotional Balance program. With an emphasis on practical techniques and how to tailor them to your own needs, these sessions are delivered in a relaxed 'retreat morning,' leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your Sunday balanced and relaxed.

Suitable for enthusiastic beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice it also includes a delicious morning tea.

Schedule:

8:00am - 10:00am Meditations and discussion.

10:00am - 10:30am Morning tea (provided).

10:30am - 12:30pm Meditations and discussion.
