Do you know how to gather the things you love, let your imagination take flight, and let go of what no longer serves the person you are becoming?
Your “Better Me” journal is a place that offers solace and inspiration, possibility and retreat. This workshop will teach you how to create a sacred place to harness your intention through writing so you can be your best self out in the world.
Each week you will learn to trust the process of becoming the best version of your mind, heart, body and soul:
- You will embody how your “Better Me” feels in mindfulness meditation, rather than how it should look.
- You will become aware of the concept of contrast that you will apply in all categories of your life.
- Beyond the workshop and in your daily life if it doesn’t feel good, you will not continue to do it. Rather you will choose to align to your truth, what feels right for you and your way of living.
- Eventually this becomes the better version of you and your new reality.
If you want to improve your perspective on life and reframe patterns, then start writing in your “Better Me” journal. You will never know where you’re going if you don’t know where you are… Combined with a mindfulness practice to keep you present and aligned to the attributes of your “Better Me” you will transform to this new state of Being.

About Sofija
From a young age Sofija had an interest in health and well-being and was inspired to learn more about living a holistic lifestyle. Learning is her life journey.
Sofija has international qualifications as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Life Coach, Meditation Teacher and Akashic Records Healer. She is a fully qualified and registered Metabolic Precision Authentic Nutritionist/Transformation Specialist and Rehab Master Trainer, and a Registered Exercise Professional, Level 3, with Fitness Australia.
Sofija has worked in the health and wellness industry for nearly 20 years. In 2014 she created Niso Fitness and Nutrition a boutique mind and well-being studio in South Sydney and also launched Yogilates Synergy System. Sofija initially began face-to-face sessions and group classes, and it has evolved to what it is today: a thriving practice driven by international demand from her previous clients who have relocated enhanced by word of mouth through their communities. Niso offers an extensive selection of healing modalities delivered globally in-person and online. Niso also facilitates corporate and educational retreats as well as workshops and weekly classes.
Sofija’s unique wellness model draws upon the discipline of Hatha Yoga, Pilates Method, Human Design System, traditional philosophical teachings (Hermeticism), contemporary spirituality (Eckhart Tolle), combined with the latest science on quantum healing.
Her life philosophy: The quality of my experience depends on my response rather than what happens out there. Taking “response-ability” for decoding and enhancing my experience is the path of my authentic self to my true – divine – power. Sofija loves spending time in nature and her passions are writing and podcasting.
Our wellness community is Sofija’s priority, so to help you turn your brain off, calm your mind and rejuvenate your body, she continues to collaborate with Inspired Wild + Free teaching studio classes as well as offering bespoke workshops and short courses to support your well-being.
