UnitingCare Community Disability Services is working for better futures for young people.
We work individually with young people to:
- Explore a vision of what a meaningful life would look like for them,
- Establish goals, both short and longer term
- Make a plan and sets step by step goals to work toward bigger picture goals
Come and hear stories of young people pursuing their dreams of work, independence and creativity.
Our local Operations Manager Sandra Bain and members of the staff team will be ready to answer questions you have about creating a better future for you or your family member.
