Event description

Description

Saul Holt, QC is ranked one of the top criminal defence lawyers in Queensland and, aside from the now-famous clients he has taken on, his impressive résumé includes holding the position of Chief Counsel at Victoria Legal Aid where he has appeared in some of Victoria’s most significant recent administrative law, human rights and criminal cases. He has also appeared or advised regularly in the Court of Appeal, Federal Court and High Court.

In addition to practising in the areas of criminal, administrative, human rights and medical law, before moving to Melbourne in 2007, Saul was a Senior Associate at MacDonnells Law in Townsville where he practiced in commercial litigation.

Bond University in conjunction with the Canadian Law Students' Association and Bond University Mooting Association is incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to host such a highly sought-after barrister. As versatile a litigator as one can find, the evening promises to be inspiring and captivating.

Entry is free and food will be provided. Do not miss this exceptional opportunity!
