Friends Who Are Going
Event description

How often have you thought like this?

  • I can’t do everything myself.
  • How do I take a holiday? Who will look after the business?
  • There are too many mistakes that require me to rework stuff?
  • I spend so much time on business admin when I should be working on my business strategy.

Effective systems are the essential building blocks of every successful and profitable business. Every business function should have systems that support it and drive outcomes. The ability to create effective systems and processes is a learned skill. You will discover ways you can harness the power of your business systems to create a smooth-running business that will increase your overall business success.

An effective system is a procedure, process or series of actions that produces a consistent and measurable result. Developing effective business systems and processes is the primary skill that must be mastered by small-business owners and entrepreneurs! All business functions need to have effective systems including marketing, sales, finance and operations.

This workshop will give you the tools to systemise your business administration freeing you up to work on your business rather than in your business. We will cover key business functions including:

  • Finance, budgeting and cashflow
  • Customer management
  • Marketing and communications systems
  • Data management and recordkeeping
  • Recruiting and onboarding staff

‘Organise around business functions, not people. Build systems within each business function. Let systems run the business and people run the systems. People come and go but the systems remain constant.’ Michael Gerber, e-Myth Revisited.

Knowledge + Implementation = Success.
