Event Details

International research into the topic of engagement has shown that appropriate employee recognition programs can contribute to high levels of engagement amongst employees.

But what makes a good employee recognition program? Join us for a two hour participant workshop on the topic of best practice employee recognition in which we will deal with issues such as:

• What is it best to recognise people for?

• Does recognition work better with or without tangible rewards?

• What about organisational values? How do we build them into recognition programs?

• Is it better to be recognised by your boss or your colleagues?

• Does employee recognition lose its effectiveness over time?

This workshop will be presented by Andrew Marty of SACS who will explain the latest psychological research findings on the topic.

Employee recognition has been a topic which many people leaders have felt has presented more questions than answers to date. Join us to have your questions on the topic resolved.

WEBINAR

If you cannot attend the insight, we also offer a one hour Webinar at 11am on Thursday 7th March. Please click here  to register for the Webinar.
