There are 3 new businesses operating out of Best Practice Personal Training here at Bowen Hills as of this month and they will be around and introducing themselves on the morning. Exciting times next year as Jana Jones from Zen Yoga, Leisa Feez-Collins from Shockwave Therapy and Michelle Martinek Consultancy Yoga Teacger & Mentor.
We would like to invite you and any friends you have to come and do either a mass cardio workout (safely done of course) or a Yoga class with Jana and Zen Hot Yoga. We are limited to 40 people so please let us know you are coming below.
