It’s not a mystery that corporate culture trumps the best strategy, but how do you build that culture? How do you create a set of beliefs that will resonate with wide-ranging demographics? Then, how do you embed those beliefs so they drive engagement and performance? The Best Places to Work Conference is designed as a gathering of business leaders who understand the positive impact a great workplace culture can have on people, on business, and on society as a whole.
This year’s conference will feature presenters from a variety of industries and company sizes. We will discuss the values of strong leadership, inspiring employees and the importance of trust within a company. Learn what it really takes to build your great workplace while hearing an insider’s perspective from some of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Australia.
