While we consider Psychometric Assessment to be an important way to increase the validity of the recruitment process, we are also aware that a poor interview experience can impact on all involved, as well as the soundness of the final hiring decision.

This workshop is pitched at junior HR staff, hiring managers new to interviewing, or those that just aren’t confident in running the most scientific interview processes.

Key areas that will be covered include:

• How to conduct job analysis and how to construct effective behavioural interview and probing questions
• How to construct objective scoring guides to measure candidates accurately and fairly
• How to incorporate psychometric assessment in to the interview and reference checking process
