Event description

Description

Behavioural Insights (BI) combines a realistic model of human behaviour with rigorous research and evaluation, and is a powerful tool for making better policy. But for BI to make a difference in practice, it needs the right authorising environment.

This half-day workshop is aimed at executive and managerial participants with some familiarity of BI, and a desire to see it adopted more widely and deliberately in your area. You will briefly revisit the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of BI before diving into the practical details.

You will walk away with an understanding of:
- how to select and steer high-quality BI projects
- how to build up a team and work programme that can address your biggest policy challenges.
Course facilitators: Behavioural Insights Team (UK)

*Note that this course was run as Masterclass for Managers: Behavioural Insights in Practice in 2017.
