About this event

Beginners Yoga 5 week Course (Round 5)

Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

10th November to 8th December

This course will introduce you to the key foundational poses in a safe and supportive way. Learn how to modify or extend poses suitable for your own body.

You will build heat and strength through the standing and balance poses; develop core awareness; enhance flexibility of muscles and joints with seated folds and twists; improved breathing learning yogic breath techniques, plus guided relaxation and mindfulness practices. All in a safe, supportive environment.

Small classes allow for individual attention.
