But how do we actually meditate?
This beginner's workshop will give you a better understanding of how meditation positively effects our minds and will introduce you to some simple meditation techniques that you can pick and choose from to start your own meditation practise at home.
And do not fret! We are not meditating for the full 2.5 hours. There will be self exploration exercises, creative opportunities and breaks for tea and healthy snacks.
