Our breath is our most under-estimated gift and offers us the potential for our healing, wellbeing & expansion. Through our practice we are able to re-connect to our life-force energy, release pain & trauma & return to stillness.

This Transformational 5-week Breath Meditation Course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Location:

The 5 week course is held in an ideal location for meditation - in a tranquil outdoor space surrounded by nature.

Breathe in deeply the fresh air, tune into the sounds of nature & gaze inward. This will be a beautiful experience for all your senses.

I'm grateful to have this opportunity to share the 5000-year-old practice that is now proven by modern science to work. I am here to provide you with a safe space to learn how to practice daily and to ask as many questions as you like along the way.

Meditation is the one thing that I do every day - no matter what! Whether its 2 mins, 10 mins or half an hour of mindful meditation - it always makes a difference to my day. Our 5-week meditation course is for beginners or if you want to bring back the practice!

I have been practising yoga since the of age 5. After a potentially life-threatening illness, mostly caused by too much stress, I nurtured myself back to health, supported by daily yoga and meditation, and ever since Ive been on a journey to empower people to discover yoga and meditation to help reduce stress, bring back balance whilst having a bit of fun.

I have 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and became a qualified meditation facilitator in India in 2018. She is a member of the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) and Yoga Australia and continues to study, passionately sharing the benefits of yoga to heal the mind, body and spirit. She is also a qualified medical scientist with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Medicine and still serves as a healthcare communications specialist.

What's Next...At the completion of this meditation course, you are invited to join our meditation community classes on Sunday afternoons, setting up for the week ahead.
