Description

The beginners course in meditation runs over 6 weeks. The classes are small, a maximum of 6 people, which ensures that each student gets individual attention. I will introduce you to different forms of meditation to help you find the one(s) that work for you. There are roughly 6 categories of meditation and each week we will explore one of them.

In recent years there has been a lot of talk about the benefits of meditation, even western medicine encourages us to start practicing. I would like to list just a few:

- reducing stress

- improving concentration

- encouraging healthy life style

- increasing self awareness

- increasing happiness

- slowing aging

- benefitting cardiovasular and immune system.

However we often find it difficult to incorporate it into our daily life. The aim of my program is to help you do that.

There is no need to sit cross legged although of course you can if you want to. There are chairs available.
