***6 WEEK BEGINNERS BOXING COURSE***

Everyone loves boxing in their fitness sessions, be they a group or a one on one or a bootcamp or anything, we all love chucking on the gloves and working out some stress.
Not many of us do it properly and get as much out of a boxing session as we can and should. This is your chance to sign up and learn the correct way to box, the same way that proper fighters box when they are in training.
Learn everything from your stance and footwork all the way to awesome combos and ringcraft, this course will give you the confidence and motivation to really take your boxing to the next level.
You’ll feel more confident to defend yourself.
You’ll know you won’t hurt yourself if you want to punch hard.
You’ll feel confident to use all the techniques.
You’ll improve your fitness in leaps and bounds.

6 WEEK COURSE + BOXING GLOVES AND QUICK WRAPS (Blue, Black, Red or Pink): $175
Sessions will be twice weekly (only one is needed per week but you can attend both if you want!)
