About this Event
Join Chris and Anna for a relaxed and practical beginners workshop to help you on your yoga and meditation journey. Discover the basics of yoga asanas and meditation and how to incorporate these practices into your daily life to enhance your wellbeing. The workshop will include:
- An introduction to yoga asanas (stretches) for beginners
- A short easy flow sequence that you can do at home
- Yoga breathing and relaxation
- An introduction to mantra meditation
- How to add meditation to your life in an easy and practical way
- A meditation gift to help you on your journey
The workshop includes vegan/vegetarian refreshments and we will close the session with a sacred kirtan meditation circle.
