Description

During the 6 week course you will learn how to do the main poses in Hatha Yoga in a way that is accessible for your body. The poses will bring about gradual increase in strength and suppleness to the shoulders, back, legs and ankles. Modifications will also be shown for those times when you have a restriction.

You will learn the essential breathing techiniques that are used during a yoga class as well as a beautiful mindfulness and meditation practice that you immediately start to implement. You will also learn the art of relaxation which will make a massive difference in how you feel day to day.

On the completion of the course you will feel confident to transition into a mainstream class or online program.

Only 6 participants per course to provide you with personalised instruction.
