Description
The 4 week course is the perfect starting point to building a strong foundation in your yoga practice.
It is designed for those with no experience or advancing those with an existing practice.
This specially designed series will focus on:
- Scapular/shoulder strength
- Straight and bent arm strength
- Core and balance strength
- Back body strength
- Leg strength
So join us once per week on either Monday or Thursday evening from 6.30pm and build your strong yoga foundation today.
