Do you have this voice inside you that tells you you are not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, tall enough, fit enough (plus hundreds of more not enough)?
Have you ever had the experience when you have achieved something and a small voice inside your head tells you it actually isn’t that great a deal? How many times have you stopped chasing after your dreams because this voice tell you that you will never make it?
These are the voices that are coming from our inner critic. You might have tried to shut it down or get rid of it all at once. The chances are though it stays and becomes even more persistent. Instead of fighting it, how do you feel about turning it into your ally?
In this workshop we will be using art and creative process to help you make friends with your inner critic. You will learn to:
- Identify your inner critic and get to know the rationale behind its voice
- Establish a relationship with your inner critic
- Dialogue and Negotiate with your inner critic No artistic experience or talent required. Note: If your inner critic is stopping you from signing up for this workshop, dare it and click the ticket button right now! It won’t bite!
