HOMEMADE SAUSAGES MATCHED WITH ITALIAN CRAFT BEERS

After a hugely successful and sold out first season, join Marco Finanzio, owner of Joanie’s Baretto and Umberto Espresso Bar along with James Mele from The Meat Room, for this authentic hands on workshop. Learn and experience how to make Italian style sausages from start to finish. And conclude the workshop by feasting on the freshly made produce matched with Italian craft beers.

This is a DEMONSTRATION class, with HANDS ON components.
