Hagen's Organics presents Meet the Producers - Wattle Grove Certified Organic Beef Producers

Join us at Hagen's Organics South Melbourne Market store as we showcase one of our premium producers - Wattlegrove. We'll be joined by Nev Bredden - the man who has been supplying his organic beef to Hagen's Organics since the 90's.

This butchers showcase class will be an opportunity for you to ask you all meaty questions about where your beef comes from and how it's been raised by the man who has dedicated his life to organic produce. You'll sit at the butcher's bench where we'll show you how to breakdown either a forequarter or hindquarter of beef. We'll explain how Nev's approach to rearing beef differs from others in the market and why our families have work side-by-side for years.

We encourage you to ask all of your meaty questions and to take notes about what you see and hear.

Class duration is between 1 - 1.5 hours

Students from the class will receive:

- Beef cuts diagram

- Information about Hagen's Organics and Wattlegrove

- Hagen's cooler bag

- Your own cut of beef to take home

Cost: Valued at over $150.00, this showcase class is only $15.00

*Please note this class is observational, no student will be butchering their own meat. We understand if you're unable to attend the class after purchasing your ticket, please contact Hagen's Richmond or manage your booking via the Eventbrite website so we are able to offer your position to someone else.
