If you want to move better, feel better and perform better in day to day life, this is for you! Learn how to train more efficiently and safely so you can become better at life.



A free three week mobility series aiming to educate and share key restoration tools to address pain and areas of restriction that may be impacting your performance and increasing your risk of injury.

Sessions times:

Saturday 5th, 8:00-8:45am
Saturday 12th 8:00-8:45am
Saturday 19th 8:00-8:45am

Come along to all three if you can as each session will be focusing on a different movement pattern and exercise. Start your weekend with a bit of movement and mobility so you can go into the weekend feeling supple and ready for anything!

All sessions will be held at Fitness First Toowong.
This is completely free, non-members are more then welcome.
