Hypno-Meditation Workshop (12 lessons)

This Hypno-Meditation workshop is very unique,

it is goal-oriented.


If you are experiencing stress or pain, or

If you are always hijacked by barrage of worries,

and find it hard to focus on working, or

If you find it not easy to be on top of work and family,

feeling overload or overwhelmed, you come to the right place!

When you sense that your mind or body is feeling not right, feeling yourself losing the natural balance in life, meditation is one of the quickest tools for finding your inner peace back.

A lot of you should have tried different types of meditation, but Hypno-Meditation is different. It combines self hypnosis, which helps unfolding the self through cognitive and subconscious management. Hypno-Psychotherapist Sandy will guide you to achieve the mind’s natural state of stability and calmness, to gain a pathway to vipassana (clear insight).
