Beach Yoga Class | Henley Beach

Yoga Classes at Henley Square.

Bring your mat or a beach towel and join us on the grassy area for a nice flow, gazing at the ocean between one breath in and one breath out.

Community classes focus on making yoga accessible to everyone, sharing the benefits of a healthy body and mind. All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Wednesdays: 7:00am to 8:00am
Sundays: 7:30am to 8:30am

Tickets: $10 per class
