Be Connected - Using a computer
Learn the basics of how to use a computer, including switching it on an off, moving around the screen using a mouse and how to open a computer program.
Date: Monday 8 March 2021
Time: 1.00pm - 2.30pm (please arrive by 12.50pm for a prompt 1.00pm start)
Venue: Stirling Libraries – Scarborough, 173 Gildercliffe Street, Scarborough WA 6019
What to bring: Windows 10 computers will be provided for this session. Please check with library staff beforehand to ensure that you have a valid library membership.
Bookings are essential as places are limited
This session is suitable for adults who are beginner level only (you will be learning basic digital skills).
Be Connected programs are funded by Good Things Foundation and the Australian Government Department of Social Services. Participants' contact details will be added to the Good Things Network: Be Connected Learning Management System. The details will be used for tracking your progress against funded learning programmes run by Good Things Foundation, reporting and improving products in line with their privacy policy. They will be shared between Stirling Libraries, Good Things Foundation and The Australian Government Department of Social Services. Your details will never be sold on to any other third parties.
