What is masculinity? What is emotional intelligence? How can I be a better role model for my kids? How can I improve my life and become a better version of myself? How can I become more self aware?
If you want to find out some of the answers to these questions, come and join us for a one hour information night. We discuss the issues regarding the current stereotypes around masculinity and the effects it has on mental health, relationships, family’s and communities. We will be diving into emotional intelligence and self-awareness and how it can help improve mental and emotional health. Nick shares his battles through and out the other side of depression and anxiety, and provides real life strategies of how to help yourself and others overcome mental illness.

Through his experience and first hand knowledge of these things called ‘emotions’ he is now teaching others how to become emotionally literate and self aware. His main passion is inspiring and helping young men grow into emotionally resilient, balanced young men, and showing them how to become leaders and the best version of themselves.
He wants to share his knowledge and experience with others to help people understand who they are, and how to break free of old habits and patterns so they can make positive change and live more fulfilling lives.
