Event description

Description

How confident are we really, in our health data, as a clinician or scientist?
Has hypothesis testing and P value run its course? Come along to the first Digital Health and Informatics Network (DHIN) breakfast to find out. This seminar, led by Professor Sally Cripps, explores Bayesian Theory applied to a health data setting. The breakfast is open to everyone, you don’t need to be a biostatistician to come along and learn something new!

Professor Sally Cripps
Professor Sally Cripps is an ARC Future Fellow (2014-18) and Professor in the discipline of analytics at the University of Sydney Business School. She has deep expertise in Bayesian statistics, non-parametric methods and the learning of topological (network and graph) structures.
