Bass Coast Landcare Network AGM
Event Information
About this Event
You are invited to Bass Coast Landcare Network’s Annual General Meeting!
The Annual General Meeting will begin at the Corinella Community Centre, where we will have morning tea, registrations, and commence AGM business.
We will then have a presentation by Rebecca Koss, Senior Communications & Engagement Advisor, Office of the Commissioner Environmental Sustainability, on the State of the Environment report and how Landcare could potentially contribute to some of the indicators of environmental health. (see below for more info on our guest speaker!)
After the presentation we will take a 30 minute walk to our Biodiversity Response Planning cultural burn site, where the Bunurong Land Council will be conducting a burn in Autumn 2020. The old cricket ground lies within the Coastal Reserve and has native grasses that will benefit from the cool burn.
The day will conclude with a delicious lunch at Fig and the Bay. Please note, due to high demand and catering limits, tickets including lunch have been sold out (13/11) Tickets for the AGM only have now been created.
