A 2 hour workshop that explains the basics of soldering and different methods of soldering used in electrical and electronics applications.

You will learn how to solder wires together, through hole components and surface mount components onto circuit boards.

As part of the workshop you will practice soldering components to a circuit board, and then complete a programmable microcontroller based electronic game ( Flii ) to take home.

Please note, the workshop is limited to 14 people. Participants must be at least 16 yo. ,and must be wearing closed shoes. Masks must be worn due to COVID restrictions.
