This 1/2 workshop will give you the foundations on how to manage your teams and employees. It will give you the confidence to approach the daily issues that I hear so often being complained about. You won't be just sitting there listening - to learn we need to participate so we will also be doing some group work.
We will also be sending you away with our book on 50 Ways to Energise a Workplace. This book is a reference for everyone who wishes to alter their workplace environment.

Please bring a smile and be ready to learn some great content. As we will have people from different industries, you are more than welcome to bring business cards. We will have light refreshments, but if you have a special diet, we recommend that you bring some snacks along. Please bring pens and paper. Workbook and jotter pads will be supplied.
