"When we balance our base chakra, we can develop a deep trust in our place in the world, and a strong sense of personal safety and security underlies every step we take in life."

At the base chakra a spirit guide will lead you in a sacred dance journey to deepen your connection with Mother Earth.

This connection to the earth is called grounding and is vital for balancing your base chakra and for your physical wellbeing.

When your base chakra is out of whack, it can leave you charged with anxiety, which is directly tied to your physical vitality, endurance and mental perseverance.

You essentially lose your security, and it can have profound effects on your mental health and prosperity.

Your base chakra is your foundation and provides the feeling of being grounded. Located in the base of the spine, it relates to issues of survival.

Dance your way into your authentic self through your seven chakras, journeying into a different chakra each week.

Meet with seven spirit guides to take you on a deep, inner voyage into the seven inner worlds of your subtle energy body or chakras.

Each workshop begins with a white light moving meditation, then each week a specific Chakradance journey for the chakra in focus, followed by a mandala art exercise, and finally a closing meditation.

This is a deep dive into your energy system, your essence, your spirit. Held in a beautiful sacred space, with a small group, this is an opportunity to journey deep into your innermost self and rediscover your sense of freedom and vitality.


Top Tips for balancing your base chakra

1. Create a clean and healthy home environment, and spend as much time as possible in healthy environments, especially nature.

2. Find a form of exercise that really suits you, and carry it out in a balanced way.

3. Eat healthily and ensure that you are getting the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients for your body.

4. Learn to listen to your body’s needs – know the signs when illness is coming on, or when you need to take a break etc.

5. Limit the amount of toxins you put into your body, this includes alcohol and drugs, but also the toxins in the food you eat, the chemicals in your cleaning products etc.
