ABOUT THIS EVENT
One of the favourite multicultural events in Southeast Queensland and Brisbane area, the annual Barrio Fiesta Brisbane is set to be at the Rocklea Showgrounds, Rocklea. It is the biggest Filipino community event in Queensland.

A celebration to commemorate Philippines Independence and a celebration of cultural diversity.
The annual Barrio Fiesta Brisbane serves as a platform to show case the talents of both developing and established performing artists.
Music, dance , cuisine , culture, entertainment
Embracing cultural diversity. Offering different cuisine. Filipino food, as well as cuisine from other cultures.
Live bands will be playing.
Activities include -
- Face painting organised by the Aborigine community.
- Soccer clinic by Elmer Lacknet Bedia Football Academy
- Game of Chess by Byron Bay Chess Club and Peter T Hanna
- Children Activities with children's favourite characters , Elsa of Frozen 2 , and Mirabel of Encanto
Cultural dance performances . Live bands playing .
