About this Event
Barre offers a ballet barre conditioning format like no other. Blending the poise of Pilates with the flowing sequencing of yoga. The efficient use of bodyweight exercises, light hand weights and small props delivers a dynamic toning class that works fast. Isometric holds are broken up with full-body intervals that spike the heart rate. Most importantly, barre feels graceful and fun. Sculpt and shape without bulking up.
Suitable for beginners to advanced.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of George Place only.
This class will be limited to 20 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
