Description

The 2019 conference is fast approaching and we are gearing up to welcome over 120 delegates to the city of churches at the Stamford Grand Glenelg in Adelaide from 20 - 22 May 2019.

The theme for this year’s conference is the Power of imagination. We will be exploring innovation and imagination in a showcase of current and future trends across Baptist Care organisations and the human services sectors we work in. For more information on our program, please visit our website.

Monday 20 May

4.30pm - 6.00pm: Women's Leadership Forum

6.00pm - 7.30pm: Welcome reception

Tuesday 21 May

8.30am - 9.00am: Registration

9.00am - 5.00pm: Conference day one sessions

7.00pm - 10.00pm: Conference dinner

Wednesday 22 May

8.45am - 9.00am: Registration

9.00am - 3.00pm: Conference day two sessions


FAQs

Is accommodation available at the venue?

Yes. Conference delegates travelling from outside Adelaide can access special rates at the Stamford Grand Adelaide (subject to availability). To access these rates call the hotel on 08 8376 1222 and quote our event code BAP100619.

  • Grand City View Room - $170.00 per room, per night, including 1 buffet breakfast
  • Grand Ocean View Room - $210.00 per room, per night, including 1 buffet breakfast



What are my parking options at the venue?

Delegates driving to the venue can access the car park opposite the Stamford Grand on St John's Row (subject to availability). Delegates can validate their ticket at reception to receive a reduced rate of $10 per car per day.



What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available until 7 days before the event.



Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You are not required to bring a printed ticket to the conference. Your name will be on a list at the registration desk when you arrive.
