Together with her husband Bruce she has built an event and hospitality empire through the Big Group with over 600 employees and steers two other businesses with her creative vision - The Design Depot and Capital Kitchen.
In 2015, Chyka launched her lifestyle blog - www.chyka.com - sharing her tips, insight and experience on all the things she loves: lifestyle, design, entertaining and all things house related.
Chyka started her career as a cadet with the iconic Australia Hotel and lived and studied in London at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, a worldwide leader in gastronomy, hospitality and management. She also attended the Constance Spry Floristry School and worked for Laura Ashley where she developed her passion for textiles and design.
Chyka is one of Australia's most creative and innovative event stylists and she looks forward to sharing some of her stories, insights and experiences at the Banyule Women in Business lunch.
