Think you've got what it takes to cook a Championship BBQ Dish? Well let's taste it! To enter the competition you just have to follow a few simple rules which you'll find on our website. With this ticket you'll have a tent on the oval with the patrons and the music. We ask you to please cook extra meat and give it away to patrons to taste and judge for themselves, for which we ask patrons to make donations to charity. It's a fun way to raise much needed funds and share the barbecue love! Camp site included if you're cooking overnight.

For serious competitors who only want to cook and don't like a lot of patrons asking lots of questions. With this ticket you'll have a tent OFF the oval away from the patrons and the music. Camp site included for those cooking overnight. Free entry to the Festival for your whole team and families!

Do you love good, smokey, tangy barbecue? How about sitting down to three hours of the best barbecue this country can rustle up? As a Judge you will be trained and officially registred as an ABA Judge and can then offer to judge in any BBQ Comp around Australia. But this is a commitment. You'll need to be on site at 8.30am on Saturday 18th August for training or orientation. First plates come off at 10am and it's non stop meat till 2pm. We'll have 50 teams competing this year in five meat categories - Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, Beef and Whole Hog! It's heaven for meat lovers! (Current ABA certified Judges can register via the ABA. All judges must resit the training course.)

Each year we introduce a new t-shirt! Purchase yours in advance and pick it up on the day of the event! This year's shirt will be off white on a dark red shirt. Or choose past years which are dark blue, white, dark grey or black shirts. We can post past years now if you email with your best size. (Sizes limited and cannot be guaranteed in your preferred colour, accept in this year's shirt.)
